All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of IDOWS Apex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
IDOWS Apex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to IDOWS Apex in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IDOWS Apex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
